X96 Mini keeps rebooting

Hello!

I bought an X96 mini last friday to watch Netflix on.. it took a while to get the wi-fi working and it does disconnect randomly but the worst is that it reboots after a brief moment of use, can be as little as a few seconds to a few minutes. This also happens when viewing local files. So..

- How can I stop that rebooting issue?
- Do I need to install something, if yes, how do I do that?
- Also, anyone knows how to access subtitles and audio options? My previous media box had these on the remote.

No, from amazon.ca sadly.. but surely that can't be an isolated problem?

Try doing a factory reset. You can do this through the settings menu or from recovery if you know how to access it on your device, likely hold the reset button with a cocktail stick and switch on the power and hold it until the menu appears. You can access subtitles and other options by pausing a video in Kodi for example, it should show a menu on screen where you can access them.
