Hi. I bought a win 2 off you in July and its been working well up until now. However now it won't turn on. I'm not sure what the problem is.
Win 2 no longer turning on

Can you please try the following steps.
- Disconnect the charger from the Win 2 - Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds
- Connect the charger and let it charge for at least 4 hours.
- Disconnect the charger from the Win 2.
- Press and hold the Power button for several seconds.
It should now switch on. If you are still having issues. Please email [email protected] with your order number and that you have tried the reset power steps. Thanks.
