Hi, ive had the box a few days but i have major issues with it dropping off the wifi and buffering, my tv plays netflix flawless from same location, also my old tx6 also works perfectly when sat on top of the GT King, is there anything i can try to improve this? if not ill prob be looking to send the box back if possible but happy to try and resolve if i can.

Are you sure the wifi is dropping though? Buffering can be due to contention on the host server end. Quick test - try an ethernet connection. If still buffering then 99% host contention.

Could you test the box with the Youtube app? Simply find any moderately lengthy video and watch it to see if there's any buffering.
If there's not, then as Nigelar said, it's likely due to an issue on Netflix's end.
You may also want to see if the buffering/dropping occurs on alternative connections, such as a mobile phone hotspot.
