VPN on OpenElec

Hi, I've got an IPVanish account and found the VPN setup in the latest update, but there's a helluva lot of required fields there!

Obviously not just a "address, userID & pw" setup.

Can anyone offer an idiot's guide to this, or do I have to manually transfer config files?

Thanks but that uses PPTP and didn't produce anything but errors.

I'm a server engineer so I managed to get the files across and run a test VPN, but then the entire box locked up and refused all network connections!
Had to do a factory reset - well, the wife wanted to reinstall Wookie anyway..
