Video Streaming Keeps Quitting

Hi,

I hope someone can help me please. I've had my T8-S for over a year now. I only ever use OpenElec Kodi, as Android Kodi never liked connecting to my NAS.

Now here's the problem.
In the last week video streams (internet source) have started quitting back to the previous source selection screen every 5-10 minutes. I can go click the source again and select resume, but this is very frustrating and ruins any movie watching. There is no indication of any buffering.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Do I need to update? (Running Kodi 14.2 on OpenElec)
OpenElec-Settings-'Search for Update' says there is no update available. Also selecting OpenElec Dev Update says the same.

I would say you do need to update. There was an ota update to the t8s last august 2015 which took kodi to 15. And several ota updates since. If you search the droidbox blog using a search criteria of "firmware" you'll see what you've missed. I would also ensure your android side is fully up to date as well. Current openelec on droidboxes is 15.2. Android is kodi jarvis 16.1.
