T95Z box not working

I have 2 T95Z plus boxes and they havent worked for years , after reading a post about a possible power supply issue I plugged it on via USB and hey presto they turned on , however I tried to reset them and now whenever I get onto the main screen and try to connect via WIFI , the screen then goes blank , please advise if i can update the software via android phone

It seems like incorrect firmware has been installed on the device which was not designed for the hardware of your device. Please contact the seller to get the correct firmware designed for your device.
