Script issues and now log in issues.....

Hi.
Have been trying to update my box as nothing seems to be working these days....script not working, script not working, script not working.
Did a reset, all the normal procedures.
Now I'm being told my login details are wrong (they're not) and to go to Add on settings to check them. Do the left click thingy over the wizard and it tells me I can't alter anything...

I'm clearly doing something wrong...

I'm tired, hungry and my 2 year old just wants to watch Lion King (again)...... please help..in simple terms for a simple fellow...

Sorry to here Jimmy, what have you done..
Try going out of Kodi (xbmc) and clear data and re-running the wizard, see if this helps.

Don't forget it isn't a left click on the add-on you want check/modify settings on, it is highlighting the add-on, then clicking the Menu button (if it doesn't say MENU, it will have two - four horizontal lines, or if your remote has a QWERTY keyboard, you can press the C key instead) to get to add-on settings.
