Reset Button Rg350

Hello,
I got my new rg350 today and I'm using the stock firmware.
Is it normal the reset key isn't doing anything at all or is my unit broken?

The reset button can be found on the bottom right side of the RG3500. It should only take one press and it should reset. As far as I know it should work anywhere but could you try on the main menu screen when you first switch it on.
