problem with wifi

i have 2 mxq pro boxes
when I first boot them I can turn on wifi but If it gets unplugged I can no longer turn wifi on
the only way I can get the wifi to turn back on is a factory reset of the box than I can log on till the next time it gets unplugged please help

Can you provide a little more detail. When you power up the box and go to the wifi connection page, does it scan for a connection and fail to connect or what?

when I go the setting than network I cant turn on wifi the only way is to estore the box than I loose all content

I think you need to contact Droidbox support, especially since both boxes seem to have a problem. Make sure you have your purchase details handy (I'm assuming you did purchase from Droidbox). See the contact us tab at the bottom of the forum page.
One thing to try though, does an Ethernet connection work?
