Playing some movies via XMBC I get background noise (like sound of strong wind blowing in my ear holes). Are theer any settings to get rid of this noise?

Check your Audio setting in,system then system again, Audio output. Make sure its set to match you tv, also highlight
Maintain original volume on downmix.
If these settings aren't there go right down on the left and change the setting level to Expert.
Also check your cables are connected properly to your TV, and check your TVs settings to.
Lastly check the source material, is it a Cam video you are watching the audio is never great. Try another movie or even go to Vevo and play a music video to see how the audios like.

Also worth double checking your amp's settings (surround mode, equalizer, effects etc) if you have the sound coming out of proper speakers, rather than your TV.
