no sound(35XX H)

The sound stopped working on RG35XX H. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the sound working again?

I have tried both USB-C and bluetooth headphones. Neither of those solved the error.

I suspect that the 35XX H is the no sound model.

I have also tried some other fixes. None of them worked. I have not tried unplugging the battery. Could anyone give me some instructions on how to unplug the battery?
