No power

My Droidbox is not working.
There is no light on
When it's off it shows a red light
When it is on its a blue light
I have no light at all
I have tried resetting the box without any success
Can anybody help please

Try a different plug if you have one. If you don't you can buy one. ensure the connection to the box is good. You need to eliminate that possible cause before considering if the box is faulty.

When you say plug do you mean the transformer plug that plugs into the mains socket ?
I have tried a different socket

Yes. In case it is faulty. Check the voltage of any spare plug matches the one you currently use.

Back again I found a suitable plug with no success so it's looking like the box has failed.
I need to get this sorted ASAP
Droidbox is the best thing

If it is less than 12 months old it will still be under warranty. Pop your order details in an email to support and take it from there.
