New Box Stuck in Boot mode

Hi,

This is my second box, I have T8 before and just bought the M5 for a family. everything as normal, set it up and everything was fine.

But now when i tried to use the box tonight, it just stocked in booting mode.

I just received this box today.

Any help is welcomed.
