My favourites won't work.

Forget "my favourites" for a minute, can you get to the addons direct?
If so, it suggests your favourites list is out of date and needs to be updated.

Addons work ie enable 123 movies etc so how do I update favourites?

Here is how you can add favourites in Kodi using the confluence skin. I have no idea how you do it with other skins as I like to keep things simple. There's an edit function as well so play around with it.
