My droidbox KS isn't working

Hi there,
My droid box KS stopped working, when opening it it only showed and got stuck on the " droidbox.co.uk" greeting.. i tried to reboot using the button, but now it is stuck on "erasing " forever, while showing the android logo.. any ideas? or the box is RIP?

Can you try a factory reset before giving up the ghost?

Hey,
I did all this, but then my device is just stuck on "erasing" forever.. and every time i try to access the Reboot again, it just goes straight
to the screen with the android that shows "erasing"

In which case think you probably need to contact Droidbox direct as if a factory reset has not fixed it, something else must be broken. Check main web page for contact details.
