Unfortunetly, as model is not sold at DroiX, Please confirm if you are finding issue with built in Microphone on it or using an external one with the box? As could be issue with hardware if that's built in microphone and would recommend to contact seller for replacement.

built in Microphone are not available in tv box i want to attached external microphone with Tv box problem facing in external microphone

Is that a wired headset or BT headset that you are trying to connect? As it should work straight away once connected.

Wired microphone and Bluetooth are not working in tv box.
