M8 Reset Username & Password

I have just received my M8 box and i have placed in the wrong username & password and need to rest this can anyone help ?

Where did you enter the username and password?

Did you order your device from us (DroidBOX) or DroidSticks?

Are you clicking on the DroidSticks add-ons, or the DroidBOX Wizard? Our Wizard won't yet ask for a user name and password.
