I purchased this box today, come home to set it up and there are no add ons in KODI for me to install all the programs they said the box comes with, I also don't have XBMD installed either, any help would be great

Please excuse the delay.
When you open Kodi, head to the System menu, then Add-ons. Can you see install from ZIP file there? If so, have a look for the Wookie Wizard repo there and install the Wizard that way. It'll be in Video Add-ons afterwards, the username is free and the password is 1234 . You'll want the Kodi pack in there, then to follow the on screen instructions. After the reboot, open Kodi again and wait 10 minutes for the add-ons to complete updating.

That's not true for me, I have m5 too and it works perfectly fine for me.
Also I had some problems and when I called them they were fair and helped me.
