K5 box frozen on setup screen

As title really, I've tried unplugging, the restore button on the side, restore with sd card and all that happens is I'm taken to the same setup WiFi screen. It's a new box out the packaging for 5 mins and I'm stumped! Help please.....

Hello,

Have you followed the instruction given in below video while factory reseting your device:

Also make sure that while factory reseting your device there should be nothing attached to your USB ports on your device otherwise that can also make you stuck on your device.

Restore with SD card?If you are installing new firmware maybe.

What you need to do is wipe data/factory reset and then reboot in order to do proper reset.

If its installing new firmware that you want to do,please be careful that you use proper firmware for the proper box.
