I can't get my box to reinstall wookie on my t8 aml v3. It was all working fine a couple of hours ago but when I switched it on wookie had disappeared. I deleted my add ins and tried to reinstall but it says my internet is not connected. In the settings my Ethernet is saying its connected but won't let me install. Everything else in the house is working fine wifi etc just the box that has issues.

Can you access android apps like google and say, youtube? If so that would suggest your internet connection is good. You should try a wookie reinstall ensuring you stop kodi, clear data and cache.

Other things to try

Have you changed isp or router recently? Could be isp blocking.

Have you tried rebooting your router?

Does wookie load with a wifi connection?

Have you contacted the wookie people in case they are aware of similar problems?

Its possible a factory reset may clear the problem.

If that doesn't work its probably time to contact the box supplier for help as droidbox dont supply t8-aml-v3.
