I need help updating to Krypton

In my DroidBox media centre, I have a a version of Kodi installed that is still Jarvis. I've searched through my Android apps folder and the Kodi version I have installed there is Krypton. Does anyone know how I can update the Kodi that's installed in my DroidBox Media Centre?

The latest version of DBMC is 16.7
If you have that you are up to date.

Thanks for your reply Nigelar. Is there any way of updating to Kodi 17 ?

If you have Kodi Krypton - the official version from google play - then you already have kodi 17.
Dbmc is separate to official kodi and is based on SPMC which does not have an official version based on krypton yet.
