I have a media steaming box 4k uct and it goes to mbox screen and thats it ive tried to reset it all

Could anyone help i have a media steaming box 4k uct and it only goes to mbox screen and thats it wont go any further and ive tried all resets and nothing can anyone help

If you have already tried a factory reset (e.g. using the toothpick method) and did not see the android recovery menu then i would recommend contacting the box supplier to see if they have a recovery firmware.
Normally, if you have a machine supplied by droidbox you could contact them via live chat for further advice.
