Hi,

Can anyone give me any advice on HQzone, i set up an account which gave me a years free membership, i then upgraded and paid for a months subscription. When i went into subcriptions everything was ok but i ran the wizard and rebooted the box and now my 1 month subscription has gone and back to the free 1 year membership, i thought logging out then logging back in would solve the problem but i cant see any options to let me do that, any help would be appreciated

Normally if you go to HQzone, press menu and it should bring up a menu
press add-on setting and you can change your username and password. I think if you even go into the add-on you can do this...good luck

I cant see any menu in HQ zone and ive also tried the add-ons, i can enter into HQ zone VIP and see all the channels so hopefully it works, will give it a go tommorow once all the football is on

Sorry, press the menu on your remote it should bring a sub menu up. It normally says info and add-on settings that's the one you want...late night last night
