If anyone has this issue please follow these simple instructions.
1 go to coreELEC configuration, click here.
2 scroll down to updates on the left side, now change Automatic updates to manual.
3 now scroll down to Available versions, and click here.
4 click and install 9.2.1 version and when asked reboot and let it install. This should fix this issue.
Always keep an eye on here for future update to coreELEC .
