Games frame rate on T8-S Plus

Hi all,

Has anyone else experienced frame rate issues in games?

Anything I play, be it an emulator or an Android game from the store, the screen seems to slow down and speed up. This is most noticeable on side scrolling or vertical games such as shooters or platform. The games seem to run ok, sound is perfect, this is more like a video issue with the box.

I only got the box a couple of weeks ago and it's been like it since the first time I used it. I've carried out a factory reset via an OTA update but it's still the same.

Surely this hardware is more than capable of running most old system emulators perfectly? I've other less powerful android handhelds which do, I'm wondering if mine has a fault?

A couple of DroidBOXinUK videos showing games running perfectly. I've tried a few of the same games but they all have this odd slow down issue which is not present in these videos
