Hi how go I find out what firmware my Rg350 is running and if I do update it will I lose all my emulators

If you have not updated the firmware yourself then it is likely you are on the manufacturers firmware. You can update to a custom firmware at https://github.com/retrogamehandheld/RG-350/wiki You may need to install the emulators manually after updating the firmware.
