Ethernet disconnected

My droid box will connect to my WiFi but won't connect via ethernet? Does anyone know why?

Have you switched ethernet on in settings - network? (and wifi off)

Hi

Both ethernet and wifi can not work at the same time,its either ethernet or wifi and connection has to be changed manually in settings menu!
