Droid connection options

hi, I have no landline at my house, so no wi-fi or internet, however we do get data over our mobile phones and that's what I use for my phone / ipad / pc, all via my iPhone.
the question is can I connect my phone to my pc, the droid box to the pc and the pc to the TV, to get the channels or is there a better solution. My Panasonic doesn't connect directly to my phone, at least I never have done, but by all means tell me what options I have cheers

Better option maybe - connect the droidbox to your mobile hotspot.

hi, sounds good, any idea how I would do that.
I know I can connect it physically but I have no 'view' of what the droidbox would be doing.

Well i would connect the droidbox to your tv via hdmi then use the android wifi search for your mobile hotspot. Then enter whatever details are needed to form the secure connection.
