Desperate please help!!

Hi,

Hope someone can shed some light on an issue I have with my T8-SE Android tv box.

I have just updated an apk app for a IPTV provider and can't get rid of the symbols at the bottom of the screen!

These are the volume symbol, photo capture symbol etc.

When I use Perfect Player these drop of the screen after a few seconds but with the new apk they remain on screen?

Any help would be appreciated greatly!

Quite often you can drag down with an air mouse remote to remove these icons.

Sounds like a silly question but how do you remove these?

I have used an air mouse but the only option is to click on each symbol and that just performs that function!

Can't see anything to click on to remove these & can't see anything in the settings also?

Different versions of android act differently regarding these icons.
Which version is on your box?
As far as i can tell android 5.1.1 does not have that series of icons but 6 does and you can sort of grab them collectively with the mouse and drag the set off the bottom of the screen. You can also generically set the display to off across all apps.
If they are only visible on 1 particular app that suggests it is the app controlling display not android. Maybe talk to the app author?
