was trying to update box. Haven't done March update so tried tonight as box was running badly. I've deleted xbmc. Can't/couldn't find wizard. Is this fixable?

Have you just uninstalled xbmc rather than deleted? If you uninstalled, via settings - apps, you could look in the downloads folder and see if the original xbmc app is still there and do a reinstall?

@Suzanne Just in case you've still got issues, try the following:
Open up the list of all apps from your launcher's homescreen (Circle with six dots or My Apps)
Click on ES File Explorer
If you've not used it before, click away the intro/help info
Expand the LOCAL menu on the left by clicking on it (may need to scroll up first)
Select the Device / entry
Now into the SYSTEM folder
Next up the PREINSTALL folder
Now look for KODI, XBMC, SPMC or DBX in the names of the APK files found there.
Open the APK and select install.
If you get a security warning, click the Settings button offered, tick unknown sources, go back a couple of screens and open the APK file again.
Once completed, the XBMC/Kodi/SPMC link on your homescreen will work.
