Ctrl+v paste doesn't work

Ctrl+x cuts but ctrl+v doesn't paste. Any ideas how to get this working? It's an incredibly useful function.

If you long press OK on a text field, it should bring up an option to copy selected text, or to paste.

OK on the remote? It's not working for me, did I try the wrong OK?

If you are using the non supplied remote, then try holding left mouse button for a few seconds.

I tried with the remote that came with it, I don't have a mouse I have a trackpad. Double tapping it simulates hold and drag, I tried that it didn't work.

Try keeping your finger on the pad for a couple of seconds.

I did, by double tap I mean hold the second tap. Does cttl+x to cut and ctrl+v to paste work on your T95Q? It worked on the X88 MAX Plus and according to my Googles, should work on Android. I'm wondering if it's something that can be fixed or if all of them have this issue but I'd rather not factory reset to fix it.

I performed a factory reset and this fixed it.
