Change hdmi channel, box shuts off

Hi all, new member thanks for reading. I have a T8-s and I seem to have a problem where if I switch hdmi channels over to say, the Xbox and then back onto the t8, the t8 seems to enter a “stand by” mode where it shuts off and just the blue light stays lit. There is nothing I can do to wake it apart from shut it off and then restart it :/ I can’t find any options for it in the menu

I can't remember off hand if the T8-S supports CEC but it sounds like when changing sources, it is putting the device into standby or something. I do not have a T8-S here to check as I am working from home, but have a look in the menus for anything relating to CEC and inside there will be options for enabling/disabling CEC.
