Build disappearing

Hi all,
I created my own build on kodi but find that pretty regularly after using the build fine I can turn my box on the next day, the builds gone and I'm back to the standard kODI skin with my build skin gone. Luckily I have my build backed up and can reinstall from area but this is not ideal every couple of days. Anyone know what could be causing this?

After installing the build should I be doing something to make this 'stick'?

Which side of the T8S+ are you using?

If the android side, not shutting Kodi down properly before switching the box off can have a big impact and cause settings to be lost.

For LibreElec I find simple maintenance and making sure I exit addons back to the front screen before switching off keeps the gremlins at bay.

Thanks Pal - from the android side so will make sure kODI is shut down properly and see if reoccurring

Yeah that's the key. Confluence has the power button but a lot of skins like Aeon Nox don't have it but not shutting down properly is likely the problem.

Try adding a power short cut to one of your menus and use that. Hopefully sort your problem.
