audio issue still persists

The problem with the audio on my x7 still persists its not just a problem with XBMC it happens on mobdro, videomix, show box and even when browsing the net

I noticed you asked this question earlier.. but didn't reply to the question silent sleeper asked. what sound source are you connecting too? is it direct to TV? Amp? sky/virgin box? microware oven???.. dude you need to be more specific if you asking for help!!.. X7 has 3 audio output options.. HDMI/SPDIF/AV which one you using and what you connecting to? also type of cable would help.. I know the support bods here are good but they aint God

I supplied all the relevent information in an email and have since sent the box back only to have it returned with the problem still unresolved.
Assumption is such a terrible trait to have it truly is the mother of all feck ups

I've asked the returns guys to let me know what was done exactly. They're in London, so we'll need to wait until they get to the office.
