    Q7 Stuck on start up screen

    Hi I have a model Q7 that is stuck on the Android start up screen. It won't proceed. I have tried pushing the reset on the bottom while starting and it gets to a screen where the Android bot is laying down with his chest open and an exclamation mark, but there is no menu so that I can reset...
