boot up not working

Hi Am new to this . I have a T95 that was working fine then I added a file from kodi. Was working good then shut it off and when I powered back up it stayed on main screen but blue light is lit up with the words boot. Tried a reset but can’t get into recovery screen. Is this box ruined now Thank you
