@And I agree with sblabs no one in there right mind would ever receive a package looking like that..it would of been easier and faster to get a new box out to you if you told droidbox the situation that it was damaged and they would of know first hand from delivery co that it was refused due to...

I worked for a lot of delivery places..when a packed is damaged meaning packing tape or holes in the box the delivery co usually writes it up as damaged at the time of pickup and tapes or up appropriately so they are not dinged for a claim..that my friend looks like it was done by the driver...
