    Factory reset issue

    So i had a new update recently and i haven't turned my box off until an hour ago now ive switched it on i just have a frozen screen and i went to press the factory reset button on the side of my t8-s plus and there is no responce so now i have nothing at all!!

    I have just had the same issue appear on my box but when i try to press the reset button nothing happens so now it appears that i have useless box what do i need to do now?
