Hi mate I did have rkbatchtool on my laptop quite while ago but it was uninstalled when I did a factory reset a couple of years ago. I've noticed that the main firmware file says that the image is corrupted if you double click it. I'm running windows 10 could this be the problem?

Hi Trying to complete the firmware update for my x7 ultimate and have just hooked it up to my PC whilst holding the recovery button down. However my PC doesn't recognise it and I get the Message "USB device not recognised". Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It happens with any add on I try, Exodus mostly but also when I used Sports mix. My box is an x7 ultimate running latest kodi. I use wifi BT Infinity fibre never had this problem before but it does appear to have coincided with me installing latest Wookie update Thanks again

Hi whenever I start a stream through Wookie the sound takes a couple of minutes to kick in. Any ideas how to sort this? Thanks

Hi for some reason when using genesis to watch any TV programs itbuffers for at least 30 minutes sometimes nearly an hour before I can watch it. This doesn't happen when watching HD movies though which play with no buffering at all. Any ideas? I've got a droidbox X7 ultimate running Gotham 13.1...
