    Hi,not batteries as lights work on it. Think needs resyncing. Box not turning on but led behind white power button works?

    Try new batteries and to get your box to power try unplugging the power plug wait and then plug it back in.
    Then try the remote see if it works, if not I'm not sure. May be a new ones needed. I should this box a droidbox, as you can buy one from there main site.
